If your transaction processes before 12:01 A. M. on April 16, 2009; your form 1040 income tax extension will be approved by the IRS
If IRS tells you that your tax extension was not approved or received, we will write IRS on your behalf. We will then provide them with a copy of the extension that shows them we filed your income tax extension in a timely fashion
Your personal information and your email address will be shared with no one other than the minimum information needed to file your income tax extension with IRS
